KYW1600X dedicated for Coating Thickness Measurement

KYW1600X Series X-Ray tube is a multi-use, side-window X-Ray tube. The tube is packaged in a brass casing, which enables more effective heat dissipation and radiation shielding. The package is filled with special designed insulation oil for high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation.

The tube is in wide use by the industry and science sector for RoHS inspection, X-Ray fluorescence analysis, X-Ray thickness gauging, density analysis, X-Ray imaging, real-time process control, and etc.It is specifically recommended that the tube be used for PCB inspection, film thickness gauge, drilling machine, and inspection machine for PCB industry.
