KYW1600X dedicated for Coating Thickness Measurement

KYW1600X Series X-Ray tube is a multi-use,  low-power X-Ray tube. The tube is packaged in a brass casing and filled with specila designed insulation oil for high-volt-age insulation and heat dissipation. The tube is to be operated in a positive anode mode with the cathode grounded. The tube is featured with brass casing,which enables more effective heat dissipation and radiation shielding.Ith generic mounting flange facilitates the installation and applicationg.

The tube is specifically designed for XRF coating thickness measurement,with its feature of small focal spot size and precision control of focal spot location.
