KYW900X Brass Housing Tube Series

The KYW900X Series X-Ray tube is a multi-use, low-power, side-window X-Ray tube. The tube is packaged in a brass casing, which enables more effective heat dissipation and radiation shielding. The package is filled with special designed insulation oil for high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation. The tube is to be operated in a positive anode mode with the cathode grounded.

The tube is in wide use by the industry and science sector for s RoHS inspection, X-Ray fluorescent analysis, XRF coating thickness measurement,density analysis, X-Ray imaging, structure analysis, and process control. The tube is specially recommended for the application of XRF coating thickness measurement.
