KYW2000AX Small Focal Spot Tube Series

The KYW2000AX Series X-Ray tube is a multi-use, low-power，side-window X-Ray tube. On basis of KYW200A Series，Its packaging and tube core is further upgraded to match the narrow focal spot size. The tube is packaged in a stainless steel casing lined with lead.

The tube is in wide use by the industry and science sector for RoHS inspection, X-Ray fluorescence analysis,and etc. It is specifically recommended that the tube be used for PCB inspection, XRF coating thickness measurement,drilling machine, and inspection machine for PCB industry.
